Poem written for "Carrie Me Home" - by Will I am Pointer
 

Horses are forever
Secrets unfurl at the moment of birth

Spirit and flesh now dance on the earth

Playfully, exploring, hoofs rally the ground

Agility and speed soon mastered, are found

No creature compares in accounts that are written:

Loved ones carried; Warriors smitten

Designed by the Creator….ridden by His Scouts

I ponder in delight as she frolics about.
